Junko Goodyear is a highly successful international entrepreneur with over 20 years experience building and leading a diverse range of business enterprises. As principle director of MJ Comtesse Inc. as well as four other companies she developed and produced a wide-range of ground breaking, multi-media entertainment projects including over 20 commercial films(Panasonic, Mazda, DirecTV etc.), TV Tokyo Network’s “Beauty Travel Series”, The Takarazuka Theater Company’s—Performance in Hong Kong 1998 (China), The Montreal Jazz Festival (Canada), Muscle Musical (2006-2011) “ Yumi Matsutoya’s Shangrila III 2007” (Japan), Munenori Takeda’s “Samurai Warrior on the NOH stage” 2013 (Seattle, USA) etc., and Japan’s runaway national best-selling business book “Change Just 1% of Your Work Techniques to Put Yourself Against 99% of the Rest” (2012/Japanese book) with more than 1,000,000 copies sold. In addition to her business acumen, Junko is a prolific collaborator, network builder and marketing specialist; in the past 10 years alone, she has partnered with organizations such as University of Nevada, Las Vegas, JOC (Japan Olympic Committee), FINA (Federation Internationale De Natation), Waseda University etc. on organizing and executing professional development, athletic training, athletic transition and personal motivation programs.
She currently resides in the vicinity of San Antonio, Texas. She is actively engaged in various activities, including serving as a support member for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in their inter-regional economic exchange initiatives between Tokyo and Texas. Additionally, I contribute regularly to Japanese news agencies such as Nippon News and Jiji Press.
She is also recognized as an educational program developer and have been involved in research on next-generation inheritance programs at Kwansei Gakuin University's Generativity Research Center since 2020.
